Fundraiser – Saturday October 30, 2004

At SEMO’s Homecoming football game, the Foreign Language Department will

 be selling brats in the tailgate area to raise money for the department.  Any

 language club who shows up to help gets part of what is raised.  Show up, it’ll be fun!

Time: TBA (let us know you’re interested and we’ll send you an E-mail about the time when we find out).

**There was a mention of decorating a window for the Homecoming Parade.  They did this last year, so if anyone is interested, send an E-mail to the German Club address or tell Jamie or Angie.

We had a great turnout the last time!  

We were thinking about meeting there at 7pm.  If you are interested, 

please RSVP to the German Club address by Nov. 18.  

We would love for you to make it for good food, good company, 

and just to have a good time!

Our Last Meeting – Wednesday, December 1, 2004

Meet in the Art Building at 3pm on the main floor.

Elections are today!  We need a President and Vice President for the Spring Semester 

since Jamie and Angie are going to Germany.  Let either of them know 

if you are interested and come to this meeting!

St. Nicks Celebration / Last get together – Tuesday, Dec 7, 2004

There are no set details for this day yet.  There will be a RSVP 

for this day too for food purposes.  

at some point we were thinking about doing a film

night... sarah had mentioned one flick we could watch.

also, earlier this semester we talked about maybe

getting a german club tshirt started, and also working

on a bulletin board. any other ideas on what we can do

this last half of the semester, please email me or

call me to let me know! or if you have any questions,

etc...
