Next Meeting !

DATE: MONTAG, 03 APRIL 2000

GRAUEL 115 @ 5:00 P.M.

Stammtisch meetings provide an informal, out of the classroom setting for conversing in German. Occasionally, we carry our meeting to a local restaurant (ie. Dino's Pizza).  "NOTICE" will be posted in GB 115 if we relocate. If you plan on eating, you will have to pay for your own meal. If you can not make it exactly at 5:00 P.M., join us when you can. The meeting time is set at 5:00 P.M. so that those planning to attend the German Film ( in the Art Building, Room 300, @ 7:00), will have enough time to order and finish their meal.

Due to the Foreign Language Fair activities, German classes will be cancelled for Tuesday, April 4th.

Please join us at the University Center-3rd Floor-Lounge to assist with activities like:

the "Tongue Twister" (9 - 10 A.M.)

the "Scavenger Hunt" (11:00 A.M. - NOON)

• Stammtisch meetings to be held on German Film nights.
• Field Trips to Trail of Tears State Park with Dr. Gabrielle Eckart! (Viel Spaß!)

SPRING '99 ACTIVITIES:

• Participated in Foreign Language Fair, April 10th
• Participated/Attended Dr. Kump's Retirement Reception
• Watched Movies, including American movies dubbed in German
• Ate at Lambert's Restaurant in Sikeston
