For domestic students who wish to apply for admission to the School of Graduate Studies & Research, click on the link above. Complete all the required information and submit the completed online form. Please note that a $20 non-refundable application fee must be paid online with credit card to complete the application process.

Domestic students (Permanent Residents or U.S. citizens) who prefer to submit applications via mail may use the domestic application form. An application form either in .pdf or .doc formats may be accessed by clicking the link above.
