Wagner Elected To A Fourth Term in Missouri House of
Representatives
Lambda Chi alumnus and Missouri State
Representative Wes Wagner has been elected to a fourth term in
the Missouri House of Representatives.
A 1989 graduate of DeSoto High School, Rep.
Wagner, was initiated as “Delta Phi 82" in 1992 at Southeast,
where he studied political science.
Wagner, a Democrat, represents parts of
Jefferson and Ste. Genevieve counties (District 104) in the
Missouri House of Representatives.
An honored guest at Missouri's 2005
Inauguration Day events, Wagner was formally introduced to a
standing room only crowd in the Rotunda of the Capitol during
the Grand March.
Wagner's first run for the Missouri House
was in 1998 against Lila M. Spradling (R) of DeSoto, the mother
of former High Alpha Wes Spradling.
A member of the DeSoto Elks Lodge 689 and
the Hillsboro Lions Club, Wagner also serves on the DeSoto High
School A+ Program and attends the United Church of Christ.
Wagner is the grandson of the late William
E. "Bud" Lewis who served as a state representative from 1974 to
1988. Born in St. Louis in 1971, Representative Wagner
currently resides in DeSoto.
