    Tammy Brotherton is the new Communication Arts Southeast Missouri Regional Facilitator.  Tammy replaces Bill Meyers who vacated his position.  Last year Tammy served as a STARR teacher and it’s very likely that you already know her.  She has 17 years of teaching experience, a Master’s Degree in Education and a strong desire to help our region improve student achievement.  Tammy welcomes the opportunity to work with your district and teachers.
