NASA ERC Request Order Form Instructions:

1. Print this page so you can view the contents of your cart for reference.

2. Copy the contents of your shopping cart, by highlighting the list.  Click on Edit at the top of your browsers page. Click copy.

3. Open your e-mail program.

4. In the body of the message click one time.  Click the edit button, then click paste.

5. Include the following in your e-mail:

NAME
School (if any)
Home Address
City, State, Zip
E-mail Address
Home Phone number (in case unreachable by e-mail)
And please list one of the following:
        Private Citizen
        Teacher
        Home School
        Administrator
        Student

4.  An e-mail will be sent verifying your order. It will include the shipping and handling costs that need to be sent to the NASA ERC. Orders will be filled and shipped only after payment is received.
