POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
POSITION:
DATE: Position available August 2008.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Applicant should be able to teach
introduction to sociology, criminology, social problems, and minority relations
and statistics at the undergraduate level.
REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS: A master’s degree in
sociology, criminology or related field, a demonstrated commitment to the
teacher/scholar model and a demonstrated commitment to working with
multicultural population and awareness of issues affecting women and
minorities. Prior teaching experience. Experience in teaching web-based or
interactive television courses.
SALARY: Commensurate with professional experience and qualifications.
