Criteria for Evaluation
The following criteria are used to determine the appropriateness
of the request and the level of funding requested.

Is the proposal clearly stated, innovative?

Is the proposal directly aimed at improvements in teaching and learning?

Is the project related to the unit's strategic plan/priorities?

Are expected outcomes clearly defined and are they assessable?

Are baseline data available/accessible?

Does the project-plan demonstrate potential for achieving expected outcomes?

What is the likelihood that the project will lead to enhanced learning?
Is the budget reasonable and well justified?
