Review Procedure
 
 
Each proposal is assigned to two members of the FFR Team, one to serve as a primary reviewer and one as a secondary reviewer. Proposals are presented to the full FFR Team for scoring for overall merit using the following:
1.0 Outstanding
2.0 Very Good
3.0 Good
4.0 Acceptable
5.0 Should not be considered further
 Average scores are the priority ranks for each project. A summary of the review is sent to the applicant(s).
