Purpose: This curriculum is designed for persons who plan to complete an Associate of Arts Degree at Jefferson College and then transfer to Southeast Missouri State University to complete a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree. The Associate of Arts Degree fulfills the lower division University Studies requirement.  The B.S.B.A. in Management prepares students for careers in areas such as personnel manager, benefits manager, entrepreneur, quality control analyst, production analyst, and merchandise manager. Students pursuing the B.S.B.A. in Management must select an option of Human Resource Management, Organizational Leadership, or Operations Management.

To complete this articulated program, students must have a grade of "C" or better in courses marked by (C) and to transfer directly into the College of Business, students must have completed their Associate of Arts Degree with a cumulative GPA of 2.25 or greater.
