Purpose: This curriculum is designed for persons who plan to complete an Associate of Science Degree at Shawnee Community College and then transfer to Southeast Missouri State University to complete a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree.  The B.S.B.A. in Management prepares students for careers in areas such as personnel manager, benefits manager, entrepreneur, quality control analyst, production analyst, and merchandise manager.  Students pursuing the B.S.B.A. in Management must select an option of Human Resource Management, Organizational Leadership, or Operations Management.

Courses in bold/italics print are requirements of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree.  To complete this articulated program, students must have a grade of "C" or better in courses marked by (C) and to transfer directly into the Harrison College of Business, students must have completed their Associate of Science Degree with a cumulative GPA of 2.25 or greater.

GOV 117 Introduction to American Government from Shawnee taken in conjunction with PS220 Missouri Government from Southeast satisfies the statutory requirements of Missouri concerning knowledge about the governments and constitutions of the United States and Missouri.
