A.A.S. DEGREE TO B.S.N. DEGREE
NURSING

Purpose: This curriculum is designed for registered nurses who have completed an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Nursing at Shawnee Community College and because of changes in career goals and opportunities for advancement want to complete a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at Southeast Missouri State University.  The Nursing program is accredited by Missouri State Board of Nursing and National League of Nursing.  A one day a week part-time program is available.  Contact Department of Nursing for further information.

To apply for admission to the RN to BSN program, students must have completed their Associate of Applied Science Degree with a cumulative GPA of 2.50 or greater.

+ Courses recommended were not in the original ADN Curriculum plan to facilitate articulation.

* These courses may be exchanged with each other and taken during another semester.
