Course Registration

New students should call 472-3210 for an appointment. 

Enrollment for all students for the summer semester begins Feburary 10, 2003. Enrollment for the fall semester begins March 31, 2003.  Students currently enrolled at Southeast may enroll at SAHEC or on line  at any time after their priority date.  

Current Three Rivers Community College students may enroll at SAHEC or BEC (Malden) or KAHEC (Kennett) beginning April 8, 2003.  

Early registration is encouraged.  However, if you plan to enroll at the first class meeting, you MUST report to the SAHEC Office, 2401 North Main, Sikeston, Missouri.

 
 


ASSET Test

The ASSET test is used for placement in math and English courses or for people who have not taken the ACT. The Asset test will be given by TRCC, free of charge, at SAHEC on the following dates.

Monday, March 31, 2003, from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Wednesday, April 23, 2003, from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, May 20, 2003, from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, July 8, 2003, from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, August 5, 2003 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

TRCC Registration Dates

Early registration for current students for Summer and Fall 2003 courses will begin April 8, 2003.  Book pick up and schedule changes may be done for Summer on May 27, 2003.  Book pick up and schedule changes for Fall may be done on August 6, 2003.


Fees for Summer 2003

Southeast Missouri State University  

Course fees per semester hour, including incidental and general/off-campus fees, are as follows: 
 

  Missouri Resident Non-Resident
Undergraduate $142.50 $245.00
Graduate $166.50 $290.00

Textbook Rental: $14.35 per course. Some courses may charge additional fees for materials and laboratory expenses or require a book to be purchased. 
Other fees may apply.

Southeast Fee Payment

By Wednesday, May 21, 2003, all charges for the Summer Semester must be:

1)  Paid in full; or
2)  Covered by aid approved and confirmed by the Financial Aid Services Office.

Make checks payable to Southeast Missouri State University. Discover, 
MasterCard, or VISA credit card payment is also accepted.

Installment Payment Plan (IPP)* 

1.  Four payments during the semester.
2.  Service charge $15.00.
3.  Payments due in January, February, March, and April.
4.  Complete IPP information on first billing.
*not available during the Summer Semester


Three Rivers Community College: 
 

In District Residents $50 per credit hour
Out-of-District Residents $86 per credit hour
Out-of-State Residents $100 per credit hour
Textbook Rental: $12 per book per course 

Some courses may require the purchase of books and it will be charged to the student's account. 
Other fees may apply.

Final Payment Date:  May 20, 2003 for early summer registration.

            For A session June 20, 2003.  For full and B session July 15, 2003.

 


Withdraw/Add or Drop Classes  

NOTE:  Students with financial aid should be aware that it may be 
affected if they drop below the required number of hours.
